Most importantly make sure your property is clean, bathrooms free of stains, not forgetting the exhaust fans. If your property is not lived in, visit before the viewing and flush toilets, open windows and dust off surfaces to create a better impression.
If your property is not lived in make sure that during summer months you leave the AC on to keep it aired. Potential buyers will not want to spend the time to take in the benefits of your property if it’s unbearably hot!
